Cancellation policy

For cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the event, the already incurred costs will be charged;
For cancellations up to 8 weeks or less prior to the event, 25% of the total amount will be charged; in case the already incurred costs exceed this percentage, they will also be charged;
For cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged; in case the already incurred costs exceed this percentage, they will also be charged;
For cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the event, 75% of the total amount will be charged; in case the already incurred costs exceed this percentage, they will also be charged;
For cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the event, 100% of the total amount will be charged;
In case of announced very bad weather, a plan B can be elaborated, in function of the still available activities on the event date, customer preference and (extra) available budget;
For cancellations and postponements of the event, other arrangements can be made depending on the costs already incurred by Ecco La Luna Ltd.
