## Close the year together

An end-of-year party is the moment to thank everyone for the year behind you. Ecco La Luna organises your Christmas or end-of-year party entirely to measure: we find a venue, arrange food and drinks, give the room a wintry feel and add an activity that brings colleagues closer. That way, you get to enjoy the party too.

Small team or large company: we organise for groups from a handful of colleagues to more than 1000 people.

## What we take care of

- **Venue:** at your offices or a venue of your choice, and we help you look if you don't have one yet.
- **Catering:** from a winter aperitif to a festive dinner.
- **Decoration:** a ski hut, a casino or a theme that suits your company.
- **Activity and entertainment:** from a tasting to karaoke that kicks off the evening.
- **Hosting:** our event managers in Dutch, French or English.

## When should you book an end-of-year party?

December is a busy month for company parties. Most companies book their event 6 to 12 weeks ahead, so for a December party it pays to start planning in September or October. A single activity needs at least 2 weeks' notice, and we're happy to look at last-minute requests too.

The price depends on the activity, the number of guests and the extras. Each activity shows a budget indication per person for a group of 50, from € (30 to 35 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros), excluding VAT.
