## A staff party people remember

A good staff party brings everyone together around something they experience as one group, from the shop floor to the board. Ecco La Luna organises your staff party from start to finish: we find the venue, arrange food and drinks, decorate the room and add an activity or entertainment that breaks the ice. You tell us what you want and what your budget is, and we put together a tailor-made proposal.

Since 2003 we have been creating parties, team building and corporate events for groups from a handful of colleagues to more than 1000 people, in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and further across Europe.

## What we take care of

- **Venue:** at your offices or at a venue of your choice. No venue yet? We'll find one together.
- **Catering:** from drinks to dinner, matched to how your party runs.
- **Decoration and theme:** we turn an ordinary room into a casino, a ski hut or a party in Belgian black, yellow and red.
- **Activity or entertainment:** a game, a workshop or a show that gets the evening going.

These formats work well at a staff party, as the main act or as a warm-up for the evening:

## Planning and budget

Most companies book their staff party 6 to 12 weeks ahead. That leaves time to secure the venue and fine-tune the programme. Shorter notice? A single activity can often still be arranged with 2 weeks' notice, and we're happy to check last-minute requests too.

The price depends on the activity, the number of guests and any extras. Each activity shows a budget indication per person for a group of 50, from € (30 to 35 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros), excluding VAT. Venue, catering, transport and VAT come on top.
