Action-packed team building full of energy: rallies, sporty games and challenges where your team gives it everything. No athletes needed, just enthusiasm.

Action team building: get your team moving

Action team building is for teams with energy to burn. You make quick decisions, cheer each other on and rely on the person next to you, and you come away with stories people will tell for months. Nobody needs to be an athlete: we pick challenges everyone can manage and adapt them so colleagues with reduced mobility can join in too.

Most action activities take place outdoors, in a city, on the beach or in a region of your choice, but there are indoor options as well, such as fencing. Count on 2 to 3 hours, or build a full day around it.

Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50.

### Is action team building safe?

Yes. Every activity is run by experienced facilitators, and we provide the right equipment and setting. Accident insurance is not included as standard; you can arrange it separately.

### What if not everyone is sporty?

We build the challenges so there are roles for doers, thinkers and supporters. Everyone adds to the team score.

### Does it work for large groups?

Yes. We work with groups from a few colleagues to more than a thousand participants, split into smaller teams.
