Team building with coaching: learning by doing

Team building with coaching combines an experience with a clear learning goal. You do something together, and an experienced coach helps you see what happens in the group: who takes the lead, how communication flows, where the tension sits. It suits teams going through change, new managers, or organisations working on their mission, vision or values.

### How is this different from regular team building?

Regular team building is about fun and time together. In coaching, we use the activity deliberately to make behaviour and collaboration visible, and then work on it with you.

### Can we add coaching to an activity?

Yes. Any team building activity in the catalogue can be combined with team or individual coaching and linked to your mission, vision or values.

### What group size works for coaching?

Coaching works best in smaller groups. For larger teams, we split up or combine a shared activity with sessions per team.
