Music team building: find your team's rhythm

In music team building, colleagues make music together, even if nobody has ever held an instrument. Writing a song, keeping a beat or coming in at the right moment takes listening, timing and trust, which is exactly what a team needs every day. The result is a recording, a video or a performance everyone is proud of.

Music workshops take place indoors, all year round, and are mostly mobile: we bring our equipment to your office or function room. They work for small teams and large groups, and make a strong opener for a staff party or conference.

### Do we need to be musical?

No. The workshops are designed for people with no musical experience. Our facilitators build it up step by step so everyone joins in.

### Can we use the song or video afterwards?

Yes. With formats like Make your corporate song you go home with your own recording, which you can use in internal communication or at a staff party.

### Does it work for a large group?

Definitely. With formats such as Beatbox or a djembe workshop, the whole group makes music together at once.
