Team building in nature: breathe out together

Team building in nature takes your team to the forest, the river or the fields. It is a good choice for teams who spend most of their time indoors, for groups who want to slow down, and for organisations that care about sustainability. Nature does a lot of the work: conversations flow more easily and colleagues see a different side of each other.

The activities range from playful and active to calm and educational. Spring, summer and early autumn are the best times, though some formats work all year round. We find a green location near you or in a region of your choice.

Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€ (91 to 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50. Coaching formats in nature, such as working with horses or sheep, are priced to measure.

### What happens if the weather is bad?

With the right clothing, most nature activities simply go ahead. If it really is too wet, we agree a plan B up to 3 days before.

### Can we combine nature and coaching?

Yes. Formats such as nature coaching or working with sheep use the outdoors as a mirror for how your team works together.

### Is it suitable for everyone?

We choose routes and tasks that fit your group, and adapt them for colleagues with reduced mobility.
