Discover the chef within you with ‘Cook & Meat’, where ingredients form not only the foundation for delicious dishes but also for a flavorful introduction, leading to a unique culinary experience.

At the start, the participants are shown a table full of various ingredients. Each participant chooses an ingredient of their choice to introduce themselves in a (playful) way. Then they work in a team to put together a feasible tasty meal with their ingredients. We add extra ingredients where necessary.

**Observation moments**

- Integration of the ingredients per person into a product that is created as a team
- Collaborative dynamics (which features emerge during workshop)

**Process**

- Reception with apero & snacks
- Ice Breaker / Introduction to ingredients and introduce themselves
- Create and cook
- Dinner
- Moment of reflection
