Our horse coaching is based on experiential learning in an inspiring and positive environment.

Horse coaching is a form of coaching where horses reflect you and your family/organizational structure. A horse can finely sense how you feel. Through the **interaction with our horses**, you discover what your behavior does to the horse.

The goal of this coaching is to recognize and explain your own behavior in interaction with your family/organizational structure. In this process, the horse will **indirectly reflect your attitude, challenges, feelings, and daily patterns**. Coaching with the help of our loyal four-legged friends is an effective method of coaching focused on the development of the team and the persona.

The strength of the horses will give strength to your team.
