Discover how networking can become a powerful and valuable skill by authentically focusing on giving rather than taking.

Networking is an **essential skill** today, yet it doesn't come naturally to everyone. We know it’s important, but how do you do it effectively?
The answer is simpler than you think: networking isn’t about taking, it’s about giving. In this workshop, we delve deeper into the networking process and show you how to build and maintain relationships authentically and effectively.

## What will you learn?

In this interactive workshop, you will learn:

- **How to build a network:** From the first contact to creating lasting connections.
- **Value-based networking:** Why giving without expectations is key to building a strong network.
- **How to maintain and grow your network:** Sustain and enhance relationships to create mutual value for you and your organization.
- **From comfort zone to effort zone:** Learn how to make networking not only a skill but also enjoyable – stepping beyond your comfort zone and into your *effort zone*.
- **Tips & tricks:** Practical tools to help you network with confidence and authenticity.

## Why is this important?

Networking creates **opportunities** for both personal and **professional growth**. It’s not just about who you know but also how you use and maintain your network. And believe me, networking is **a skill you can learn**. It’s not innate talent but something you can develop through practice and growth.

## The philosophy of giving

Networking isn’t just about taking, **it’s about giving**.
By offering value to others without expecting anything in return, you build relationships that go beyond superficial connections. You’ll learn how to contribute naturally to others, strengthening your network **in an authentic way**.
