Be the Change: Small Acts, Big Impact is a unique team-building experience that combines sustainability, engagement, and teamwork.
During this three-week challenge, employees take part in a series of inspiring activities focused on sustainability and social impact. Through a user-friendly and playful app, participants receive different challenges that encourage them to take sustainable actions in their daily work and personal lives.
Teams of up to 15 people earn points by completing tasks and climb the leaderboard. This creates a fun and motivating competition while colleagues simultaneously contribute to a positive impact for people and the planet.
How does it work?
1️⃣ Register your company and teams
Companies can register one or multiple teams.
2️⃣ Receive challenges through the app
Participants receive different tasks throughout the three-week period.
3️⃣ Take action and collect points
Each completed challenge earns points.
4️⃣ Follow the ranking
Teams compete with colleagues and other companies.
5️⃣ Discover the impact
The team with the highest average number of points is declared the winner.
