Djembe

The Djembé (drum) is one of the most famous handmade percussion instrument with its origins in West Africa. The djembé is hollowed out of a tree trunk and a goatskin is installed on the instrument with a rope. Drumming in Africa is a way to communicate with each other in a special way.
