Sushi is the national dish of Japan.
The sushi types we know today already existed in the 19th century and these were known as Edomaezushi (sushi from the Tokyo bay). Edomaezushi was sold as a snack, with fast and fresh ingredients and this is still the case today!
We will tell you about the history of sushi and teach you how to make different types of sushi (nigiri, maki, tempura and inside-out-rolls).
We offer you the possibility to make sushi with raw fish but also with vegetables, poultry, meat or smoked fish.
Of course we will also pay extra attention when preparing sushi rice which is actually the key to good sushi.
