Multitasking is just performing a list of challenging tasks and thus it's a very energetic activity. The challenges are various: Cross a minefield in a busy town square, pass through a swamp by means of supplied material, solve a brain teaser,… The teams have to make their own choices within the available time: who does what task? How should we divide the team? Do we split up or stay together? How do we manage our time?... Coordination: We as coordinators give feedback on the groups' process and the efficiency of the organisation. Goals: Cohesion between the employees, develop the relations between colleagues, increase motivation and energy in the broad sense of organisation.
