Boost your self-confidence and learn how to defend yourself in case of emergency. During this workshop you will learn the basic principles of different fighting sports as well as the most used techniques of jiu-jitsu, karate and judo. We create the most frequent situation in case of a threat or physical violence. You are taught how to use your opponent's strenght and what your body's arms are. This is the ultimate training and is suited for all participants. The key words are physical condition, techniques and fun. Self defence techniques (physical opposition) strenghtens the mental resistance which leads to less chance to become a victim of violence. Of course also the mental aspects will be explained e.g. how to handle intimidation and how to have a good mental attitude.
