Working with sheep

A flock of sheep and their shepherd are often a beautiful metaphor of how a team functions. Walk after sheep and they run away. Sometimes as the boss of your team you also have the feeling that you do not reach your employees, that they run away from the tasks you want them to perform. However, a correct approach can ensure that you get the sheep (or your employees) where you want them.
