A meaningful team-building activity focused on Diversity & Inclusion during a networking event at the Philharmonie de Paris. A powerful workshop where collaboration, empathy, and cultural awareness took center stage—leaving a lasting impact on both insight and group dynamics.
For the French company Ansamble, we had the pleasure of facilitating a meaningful and impactful team building experience around Diversity & Inclusion during their networking event in Paris. In the impressive setting of the Philharmonie de Paris, around fifty participants engaged in an interactive workshop focused on the power of empathy, collaboration, and cultural awareness.
During the session, participants experienced a reality in which they had to rely on only four senses. Through playful challenges and moments of reflection, they became more aware of their own perceptions and learned to better understand the impact of (cultural) differences within a team context.
The result?
An intense and connecting moment that not only sparked insight but also strengthened the group dynamic.
This case illustrates how team building can go far beyond entertainment: it becomes a powerful tool to address social topics in an engaging and impactful way.
