To support our continued growth, we are looking for new freelance colleagues who want to help us deliver on‑site events and spread the good vibes of Ecco La Luna!

With Ecco La Luna, you choose an event agency with nearly 25 years of experience, dozens of unique teambuilding formats, loyal clients and—above all—a fun team of permanent and occasional collaborators who organise around 350 events per year.

The role you take on within our team depends on your ambitions and your willingness to assume more or less responsibility in organising and managing events. If you’re up for it, you can grow from “event assistant” to “event planner” and even “event manager”!

You also decide when and where you want to work: usually during the week, during the day or in the evening, sometimes on weekends. But we organise teambuildings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

What will your role be?

Together with the event team, you help our clients enjoy an unforgettable experience by guiding their activities. This can involve groups ranging from 2 to 1000 people or more. You will work on-site in Hauts-de-France (FR), Luxembourg, Wallonia or Brussels.

No experience in the event sector yet? No problem — we’ll gladly teach you all the tricks of the trade.

Your profile

• Warm and social
• A real team player
• Bilingual: French and English (German and Dutch are a plus)
• Living in the region of Hauts-de-France (FR), Wallonia or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
• Flexible and eager to learn
• Highly responsible
• Strong organisational skills
• Self-employed (with VAT number) or willing to work under day contracts
• Holder of a category B driving licence
