Most activities last around 2 to 3 hours, but we adapt the timing to your schedule. From a minimum of 1 hour, half a day, full day, to even a multi-day event: anything is possible!

No problem. We are happy to help you search for and find a suitable venue. Our extensive network of partner locations comes in handy here.

Our experienced event managers host in Dutch, French, and English. Upon request, we can also host in German, Italian, or Spanish.
We strongly prefer to choose one language during the event, which ensures a significantly smoother course.

Many of our activities are rainproof or have an indoor alternative. If bad weather is forecast, we work out a Plan B together up to 3 days before the event, tailored to the available activities, your preference, and budget.

The price depends on the activity and group size. Budgets start at €35 per person, with a minimum of €750 per event. Price indications for 50 people can be found on our website, and we always provide a transparent, customized proposal.

Event hosting and equipment are included in the price. Location, host & material transport, VAT (21%), catering, and workplace accident insurance are listed separately in your quote. Workplace accidents are normally covered by the organizing company. Therefore, we do not include them in the standard budget.

Yes. We select and adapt activities so everyone can participate. Our events are inclusive: participants with reduced mobility, pregnant women, or individuals with physical disabilities are more than welcome.

Certainly. Many teambuildings can be combined with team or individual coaching and linked to your mission, vision, values, or other topics for an even deeper impact.

Optionally, we can provide a photo reportage or an aftermovie so you can relive the day for years to come.

To allow sufficient preparation time, we recommend booking an activity at least 2 weeks in advance. We can also assist with last-minute requests. Upon consultation, we will check which activities are still available on your desired date.

You can request a non-binding proposal, and we will send you a tailored quote. Our quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days (7 days for the 2CV rally).

Upon confirming your event, you pay a 75% deposit of the total quote amount within 14 days of the invoice date or at least 7 days before the event starts if scheduled sooner. The remaining balance is payable within 14 days after the event.

The final participant count must be provided at least 14 calendar days before the event (30 days for rented transport like 2CV or Vespa). Until then, you can adjust the count by up to 10% without extra charges.

Cancellation is possible, subject to a fee depending on the timing.
Rescheduling to a later date can be discussed upon request.
Actual cancellation incurs the following costs:

• More than 8 weeks in advance: reimbursement of costs already incurred only.
• 6 to 8 weeks in advance: 25% of the quoted amount.
• 4 to 6 weeks in advance: 50% of the quoted amount.
• 2 to 4 weeks in advance: 75% of the quoted amount.
• Less than 2 weeks in advance: 100% of the quoted amount.

Not by default. Usually, you are covered via your company's workplace accident insurance (be sure to check!). If requested, we can arrange coverage: €100 excl. VAT per day for a group of up to 10 people, and €10 per additional participant per day. Requests can be submitted up to 7 working days in advance, along with a list of participant names.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and shoes are usually sufficient. Only for actual sports activities might it be better to opt for proper sportswear.
In case of bad weather, it is of course best to bring rainproof clothing as well.
For cycling tasks, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet, which you can bring yourself or obtain through us.

If the course of the day permits, we like to capture photos and videos. We share these with you afterwards and may use them for marketing purposes (social media, website, catalog) unless you object. You can always request no photos/videos be taken or restrict usage to internal purposes only.
