Our virtual team buildings range from pure fun to brain-teasing challenges in the form of puzzles, riddles, (photo and video) assignments and are usually played in teams of 5 to 6 people.
The themes daring to let go, trust, communication, vision, quality, (own) responsibilities, focus, initiative, breaking through barriers (conditioning), flexibility, creativity, willingness to change, etc. come up during the activity of juggling.
In a 5-10 minute introduction, our trainer makes the link between learning the three balls. Cascade and the theme of meeting. Keeping an overview, taking a critical look at your own actions, keeping many balls in the air at the same time and enjoying development are themes that are clearly linked to the Art of Juggling. In the juggling training, collaboration is also offered in the so-called Double Juggle; "How do you keep three balls in the air with two people?" Within the hour, the participants will gradually learn what it means to put the Art of Letting Go into practice.
