A sporty and relaxing two-day event at the beautiful Twins Club in bustling Bredene, followed by an overnight stay at the Ibis Hotel De Haan. The company ArgenX involved us in the choice of location and the composition of the program.
Our goal? To strike a perfect balance between meetings, fun, enjoyment, and relaxation. With a focus on team building, working on team engagement, while also incorporating necessary moments of rest.
Below is a glimpse of the program:
Day 1:
Morning: meeting with relaxing folk games as breaks. Afternoon: dedicated to various initiations from Beach Games to Mollky Kubb, Spikeball, and French Petanque.
As the icing on the cake, the day concluded with a delicious BBQ and party during a beautiful sunset.
Later, the sandman visited for the sweetest dreams.
Day 2:
Morning: workshop on the theme 'Why work for ArgenX' and a sand sculpture workshop followed by cozy beach activities such as beach games, earthball, frisbee challenge, and beach korfball.
The group enjoyed a delicious North Sea buffet for lunch.
Afternoon: water activities such as Stand-Up Paddle and other water sports.
The day ended with a final drink at the bar. Then everyone returned home tired but satisfied!
