Ecco la luna has assisted Atlas Copco's EMEA ICT Service Center in their transition from "cost" to "productivity" center. This through a fully customized 4-day coaching program.
To achieve this mentality switch, the participants went through a series of creative thinking exercises, which ultimately resulted in a concrete transition plan for 2020. As icing on the cake, we rolled up another video clip that announces the change to their internal customers.
