As usual, Goosebumps Events contacted us to support the sporty B1 event for their customer Delaware. We went looking for a suitable location to organize this sports day in Robinson theme for 600 participants. We found the ideal location with sports center De Schotte in Aalst to organize this sports afternoon.
The participants were welcomed with a sandwich lunch, received a briefing and were sent out in 72 teams with their flag and survival bag in the city park and adjacent sports park.
It became a varied sports program where we used our interactive app to keep track of the scores on the various assignments and to lead the teams to the different challenges. In addition, the app was also used to ask quiz questions about the theme of survival and about Delaware itself.
After 4 hours of activity, the participants were received back at the sports center for a nice barbecue and the announcement of the winners.
