For their annual staff party, Kinepolis Belgium asked us, as their regular partner, to work out an All American Day following their recent takeover of the American cinema group 'MJR Digital Cinemas' in Michigan, USA.
The sky was the limit for a Country and Western party including a rodeo bull, western photo booth with personalized photo strips, and a real cowboy hat and scarf as a lasting souvenir. This memorable event was held at the charming square farm in the Flemish Ardennes, decorated for the occasion with horse fences , straw bales and cart wheels.
In the afternoon, four different activities were organized in different teams for the 120 guests, namely: vespa rally, film quiz, sheep herding and a mini forest explorer on tablets.
The day was festively concluded with a nice barbecue, after which the cowboy legs were shaken loose during the party with DJ.
