For the National Lottery, we had the pleasure of organizing an inspiring team-building day for a group of 20 people on January 30, 2023, at the beautiful Chateau de Lac in Genval.
The team day started with a welcome coffee upon arrival, followed by a workshop on connected communication. This coaching focused on collaborative working and communication. Through practical and enjoyable challenges, participants gained insight into the quality of teamwork and connected communication within their company. After a delicious lunch, the afternoon was filled with an engaging workshop where participants created ice sculptures themselves under the expert guidance of an experienced ice artist. The day ended with a pleasant closing drink.
