Welcome and introduction
Reception with coffee, tea and a healthy snack.
Introduction and brief explanation of the structure of the day: a combination of creativity and reflection to bring mission, vision and values to life.
Brainstorming session: Core values in practice
Group discussion on the organization's core values: what do they mean and how are they applied?
Brainstorming sessions in smaller groups: coming up with concrete actions to make these values live on a daily basis within the organization.
Reflection moment: sharing ideas and giving feedback on each other's insights.
Healthy lunch
Creative workshops: Visualizing values
Participants choose from several workshops to visualize their interpretation of the core values:
Graffiti Experience: Design a collaborative wall that reflects the mission and vision.
Sculpting in Marl: Create symbolic shapes that express the team's values.
Cooking Workshop: Together prepare a menu that symbolizes core values (e.g., “authenticity” in local dishes).
Music or dance: Together, create a song, beatbox performance or choreography that expresses the mission and vision.
Reflection moment
Discussion of the creative works: what do they mean and how do they connect to the core values?
Brief exchange of insights: how can creativity contribute to a stronger connection with the mission and vision?
