Throughout the team building, the necessary bicycle parts are brought in. These parts must be sold and negotiated through thoughtful tactics. Afterwards, the team will take care of the consistency of the nuts, bolts and bike parts. At the same time, part of the team will work on getting the coolest accessories which will complete the bike! Will the teams manage to put together an entire bike in time?
At the end of the team building, all bicycles will be tested. Can your team move effortlessly with this bike? Then we have a winner!

Do we need any technical or mechanical skills?
None needed. You start from a raw frame and, step by step, sell and negotiate for the parts, tighten the nuts and bolts, and add the accessories. The tasks are built around teamwork and tactics rather than prior bike-building experience.
What happens to the bikes we build?
For every bicycle your team assembles, we ship a bicycle to Africa. So beyond the team building itself, your effort supports a charitable cause and helps someone gain mobility.
How does the activity end?
At the end all the bicycles are tested. If your team can move around effortlessly on its bike, you have a winner. It is a satisfying way to see a raw frame turn into a working, complete bicycle.
