A vibrant teambuilding day filled with fun and teamwork at the beautiful Kattebroek venue in Dilbeek. With farm games and sheep herding, 150 participants enjoyed a truly unique countryside experience.
For the company Paulys, we organized a unique and lively teambuilding day at the beautiful Kattebroek venue in Dilbeek. No less than 150 participants took part in a varied program consisting of Farm Games and Sheep Herding, set up in an efficient rotation system to keep everyone actively involved.
During the Farm Games, the teams transformed into real farmers. Participants took on a series of fun and surprising challenges such as hay sack throwing, goat milking, wheelbarrow racing, egg throwing, horseshoe pitching, and animal memory games. These activities, a more accessible version of the traditional Highland Games, combined physical action with creativity and strategic thinking, ensuring plenty of laughs and team spirit.
At the same time, participants tested their agility and teamwork during a Sheep Herding session, where teams had to guide sheep carefully through a course — a unique exercise in communication, patience, and collaboration.
Thanks to the rotation system, each team got the opportunity to fully experience both activities. The atmosphere was vibrant, the competition friendly, and the connection between colleagues visibly strengthened. Thanks to the combination of fun, challenge, and rural charm, this teambuilding day became an unforgettable success for Paulys.
