Belfius - Street Olympics

For Belfius, we had the pleasure of organizing a fully customized Street Olympics teambuilding for 200 participants around Kinepolis Brussels. The event was conducted entirely in English and combined teamwork, creativity and a healthy dose of friendly competition.

To make the experience even more relevant, the game was designed around the atmosphere of the Football World Cup, with a mix of football-themed challenges, sports trivia and interactive assignments.
Participants were divided into 34 teams, each equipped with an iPad, and set off to explore the surroundings of Kinepolis. Throughout the route, they completed a wide variety of challenges: from creative photo and video assignments to sports-related quizzes, teamwork exercises and time-based missions. Every challenge required collaboration, communication and strategic thinking rather than physical strength, making the activity accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
The Olympic motto "Citius, Altius, Fortius" (Faster, Higher, Stronger) formed the common thread throughout the experience. Teams competed enthusiastically for the highest score while discovering the area in a dynamic and engaging way.

After the outdoor activity, all participants gathered in one of the Kinepolis cinema halls for the final debriefing. Here, the highlights of the day, the funniest photo and video submissions and the final rankings were revealed, creating a memorable ending filled with laughter and applause.

With 200 participants, a fully customized sports theme, seamless digital gameplay and a unique finale in a cinema theatre, this event perfectly demonstrated how a city can be transformed into an interactive Olympic playground where collaboration, fun and team spirit take centre stage.
