Ecco La Luna organises your staff party from start to finish: we find the venue, arrange food and drinks, decorate the room and add an activity or entertainment that breaks the ice. Since 2003 we have been creating parties, team building and corporate events for groups from a handful of colleagues to more than 1000 people, in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and further across Europe.

- Catering: from drinks to dinner, matched to how your party runs.
- Decoration and theme: we turn an ordinary room into a casino, a ski hut or a party in Belgian black, yellow and red.
- Activity or entertainment: a game, a workshop or a show that gets the evening going.
Activities for a staff party
These formats work well at a staff party, as the main act or as a warm-up for the evening:
- Casino Night: we turn your venue into a real casino, with croupiers and play dollars for roulette, blackjack or poker.
- Interactive Quiz: rounds on film, music, current affairs and more, played on iPads. It also works between the courses of a dinner.
- Karaoke: more than 50,000 songs and plenty of guilty-pleasure hits. Nobody needs to sing well, the atmosphere is what counts. A live band is optional.
- Cocktail Mystery Workshop: after a 30-minute masterclass, each team mixes its own signature cocktail, with a mystery box as an extra challenge.

Planning and budget
Most companies book their staff party 6 to 12 weeks ahead. That leaves time to secure the venue and fine-tune the programme. Shorter notice? A single activity can often still be arranged with 2 weeks' notice, and we're happy to check last-minute requests too.
The price depends on the activity, the number of guests and any extras. Each activity shows a budget indication per person for a group of 50, from € (30 to 35 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros), excluding VAT. Venue, catering, transport and VAT come on top.

Staff party questions
How much does a staff party cost?
It depends on the activity, the group size and extras such as venue and catering. For the activity itself, expect between €20 and more than €120 per person excl. VAT (group of 50), with a minimum of €750 per event. You get the exact price in a tailor-made quote.
How far ahead should we book?
For a full party with venue and catering, most companies book 6 to 12 weeks ahead. For a single activity, at least 2 weeks is best. Short on time? Just ask and we'll see what is still possible.
Can the staff party take place at our offices?
Yes. We work indoors and outdoors, at your site or at a venue of your choice. If you don't have a suitable space, we'll find a venue together.
Our colleagues speak different languages. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our event managers host in Dutch, French and English, and on request in German, Italian or Spanish.
