A day for colleagues and their families
On a family day, partners and children get to meet the colleagues and see the workplace. Ecco La Luna organises your family day from start to finish: we find a venue or set up your company site, arrange food and drinks and put together a programme everyone can join, from toddlers to grandparents.
We adapt our activities so everyone can take part, including people with reduced mobility. We organise for groups from a small company to more than 1000 people.
What we take care of
- Venue: at your company site or a venue of your choice, indoors or outdoors.
- Catering: from snacks and drinks to a full meal for every family.
- Activities for all ages: a circus tent, farm games, a building challenge or games on the beach.
- Hosting: event managers in Dutch, French and English, so families who speak another language feel welcome too.
- Photos: an optional photo report or aftermovie, so you can relive the day.
Activities for a family day
These formats work well with a mixed group of adults and children:
- Circus: our ringmaster welcomes you to his tent for juggling, rola bola, diabolos, archery and soap bubbles. A real circus show with clowns and acrobats is optional.
- Farm Games: wheelbarrow races, goat milking, egg throwing and animal memory, less physically demanding than Highland Games.
- Soap Box Experience: each team picks a name and logo, earns parts through challenges and builds its own soapbox car for the final races.
- Beach Games: footgolf, beach korfball and sand building, ending with a treasure hunt with metal detectors. Sporty, but doable for everyone.

Our Beach Games guarantee a great team day. In smaller teams you compete against each other in all kinds of different sports activities on the beach.

Planning and budget
A family day often takes place in spring or summer, when an outdoor programme is possible. Most companies book their event 6 to 12 weeks ahead. For outdoor activities we agree on a plan B together, no later than 3 days before the event. Many activities are rainproof or have an indoor version.
The price depends on the activity, the number of participants and the extras. Each activity shows a budget indication per person for a group of 50, from € (30 to 35 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros), excluding VAT.

Family day questions
Are the activities suitable for children?
Yes. We choose and adapt the activities so that everyone can take part, young and old. People with reduced mobility are more than welcome too.
What if it rains?
Many activities are rainproof or have an indoor version. We agree on a plan B together, no later than 3 days before the family day.
Can the family day take place at our company site?
Yes, at your site or at a venue of your choice, indoors or outdoors. If you don't have a suitable place, we'll find a venue together.
How much does a family day cost?
It depends on the activities, the number of participants and extras such as catering. For the activity, expect between €20 and more than €120 per person excl. VAT (group of 50), with a minimum of €750 per event.
