An end-of-year party is the moment to thank everyone for the year behind you. Ecco La Luna organises your Christmas or end-of-year party entirely to measure: we find a venue, arrange food and drinks, give the room a wintry feel and add an activity that brings colleagues closer. That way, you get to enjoy the party too.
Small team or large company: we organise for groups from a handful of colleagues to more than 1000 people.

Activities for an end-of-year party
These formats bring a wintry or festive mood to your end-of-year party:
- Après-Ski: we turn any venue into a ski hut, snow or no snow, with ski hut hits, beer steins and games like snowball throwing and nail hammering.
- Icestock Curling: curling on synthetic ice that can be set up indoors or outdoors. Relaxed, with a touch of competition, and you can add Darts on Ice.
- Speed Tasting: an hour of blind tasting, aroma recognition and quizzes led by a sommelier host. It also works between the courses of a dinner.
- Karaoke: the perfect start to the evening party, with more than 50,000 songs and an optional live band.

When should you book an end-of-year party?
December is a busy month for company parties. Most companies book their event 6 to 12 weeks ahead, so for a December party it pays to start planning in September or October. A single activity needs at least 2 weeks' notice, and we're happy to look at last-minute requests too.
The price depends on the activity, the number of guests and the extras. Each activity shows a budget indication per person for a group of 50, from € (30 to 35 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros), excluding VAT.

Christmas party questions
When should we book our Christmas party?
The earlier, the more choice of dates and venues. Most companies book 6 to 12 weeks ahead. For a single activity, at least 2 weeks is enough.
Can the party take place at our offices?
Yes. We set up activities like Après-Ski and Icestock Curling wherever you like, indoors or outdoors. No suitable space? We'll find a venue together.
How much does an end-of-year party cost?
It depends on the activity, the group size and extras such as venue and catering. For the activity, expect between €20 and more than €120 per person excl. VAT (group of 50), with a minimum of €750 per event.
What is included in the activity price?
Hosting and materials. Venue, transport of staff and materials, catering, VAT and optional accident insurance come on top and are listed clearly in your quote.
