Team coaching trial day on 10 December
On Thursday 10 December 2026, we invite you to a team coaching trial day at Golf Club d'Hulencourt in Genappe. Together with our senior coaches, you'll experience first-hand how we work with teams through an experiential approach. Register before 20 November 2026.

From fun to lasting impact
As a client or partner of Ecco La Luna, you know how our team building activities bring connection, energy and fun to your organisation. Often, the real work starts afterwards. A strong team is built on mutual trust, connecting communication, shared values and the resilience to deal with change. The trial day introduces you to this deeper side of our work.

What can you expect?
No dry theory, but learning by doing. Together with our senior coaches, you step into the experience yourself, just outside your comfort zone and in a safe environment. We work around six core themes:
- Diversity and inclusion: turning differences into a strength
- Mission, vision and values: connecting teams with the why of the organisation
- Leadership: insight into how your team functions and who takes the lead
- Non violent communication & collaborative cooperation: a culture of openness and psychological safety
- Empower your team: room and trust to take initiative
- Nurturing teams & individuals: an environment in which teams and people grow sustainably

Practical information
- Date: Thursday 10 December 2026
- Location: Golf Club d'Hulencourt, Bruyère d'Hulencourt, Chemin de Hulencourt 15, 1472 Genappe
- Programme: welcome from 9.30 am, workshops from 10 am to 2 pm, including a networking lunch
- Places: limited, maximum 2 people per company
- Deposit: €100 per person, fully refunded once you attend. This way we work with participants who are truly committed.

Confirm your attendance before 20 November 2026 by email to geert.novotni@eccolaluna.eu and pay the deposit. We look forward to welcoming you on 10 December.
