Outdoor team building: take your team outside
Outdoor team building takes your team away from the desk and gets people working together in the fresh air. It suits teams who like to move, but just as much groups who simply need some breathing space. Choose from sporty games, rallies, building challenges and calm trips through nature, at a location of your choice in Belgium, Northern France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.
Spring and summer are the obvious seasons to head outside, but plenty of activities work all year round. Our facilitators speak Dutch, French and English, and we work with anything from a small team to several hundred people.
Three outdoor activities to start with
- Street Olympics: a series of Olympic-style challenges. No sportswear needed, just a will to win and have fun.
- Team Robinson: wash up on a deserted beach and build your own team expedition, camp by camp.
- Packraft Microadventure: hiking and paddling through some of Belgium's most beautiful river valleys.
Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50. Most outdoor activities take 2 to 3 hours, but half a day or a full day is possible too.

What if it rains?
Many outdoor activities are rainproof or have an indoor version. We agree a plan B with you up to 3 days before the event, so your day goes ahead.
Does everyone need to be sporty?
No. We adapt the challenges so everyone can take part, including colleagues with reduced mobility. If your team prefers a slower pace, pick a walk or a nature activity.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally at least 2 weeks ahead, especially in spring and summer. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible, so just ask.
