Team building on the coast: beach, wind and sea
Team building on the coast combines working together with a day by the sea. The beach is an open playing field where everyone can join in, and the sea air does the rest. It suits teams who want a full day out, a seminar by the sea, or a summer staff outing.
The activities take place on the Belgian coast, on the beach or on the move along the coast. Spring and summer are the best times, but the coast can be booked all year round.
Three coastal activities to start with
- Beach Games: from footgolf and beach korfball to building an aqueduct in the sand, finishing with a metal detector treasure hunt.
- Coastal Code Quest: a mysterious suitcase and a go-kart take you to special spots along the coast, with puzzles and surprising choices.
- Building Sand Sculptures: pick a theme and build a sculpture on the beach with tips from our sand artist.
Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50.

What if the weather is bad at the coast?
Many coastal activities are rainproof. If a real storm is forecast, we agree a plan B up to 3 days before.
Can we combine the day with lunch or a seminar?
Yes. We help you find a venue by the sea for a meeting, lunch or dinner, and plan the activity around it.
Are the activities suitable for everyone?
Yes. Beach Games are sporty but manageable for everyone, and we adapt them for colleagues with reduced mobility.
