Sustainable team building: teamwork with a green thread
Sustainable team building gets your team working together on climate, waste and nature, in a way that stays fun. You learn something, do something concrete and enjoy it together. It suits organisations with a CSR or sustainability policy, a climate theme day, or teams who want to put their green ambitions into practice.
Sustainable activities take place indoors and outdoors, all year round, at your office or a venue of your choice.
Three sustainable activities to start with
- Clean Up Clash: a two-hour interactive smartphone game in which you clean up the area and answer quiz questions on recycling, energy and biodiversity.
- Wind Farm: build a wind-powered device that lifts a weight one metre, with the lowest possible carbon footprint.
- Make natural care products: make shampoo bars, balms or cleaning products from pure ingredients with an experienced herbalist.
Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50.

Besides these activities, we offer circular team building and Solar Buddy, in which you assemble solar lights for children living in energy poverty. For a longer challenge, choose Be the Change, a three-week challenge run through an app.

Is it fun for people who are not into sustainability?
Definitely. The game, the competition and building together come first; the learning follows naturally.
