Rhythm team building: one group, one beat
In rhythm team building your whole group looks for one shared beat. That only works if everyone listens to each other and comes in at the same moment, and you feel it straight away. It is an energetic way to bring a group together, ideal to open a conference, kick-off or staff party, or as a short boost between meetings.
Rhythm workshops take place indoors, at a venue of your choice, and can be booked all year round. No previous experience is needed, and they work for small teams as well as very large groups.
Three rhythm activities to start with
- Djembe: get to know the instrument and build a rhythm together. The whole group plays together as one.
- Japanese Taiko drums: discover Japan's 'big drum', played with your whole body and mind.
- Haka Workshop: learn the powerful war dance from New Zealand, with stamping, clapping and a strong voice.
Budget: the activities in this selection range from €€ (31 to 60 euros) to €€€€€ (more than 120 euros) per person, excluding VAT and based on a group of 50.

Do we need to be musical?
No. Our facilitators start with the basics and build the rhythm step by step. After a few minutes, everyone is playing along.
How long does a rhythm workshop take?
That depends on your programme. A short session fits between two meetings; a longer workshop can end in a joint performance.
Can we combine it with another activity?
Yes. A rhythm workshop makes a strong opener or finale, for example around a meeting, a dinner or an outdoor activity.
