For the National Lottery, we had the privilege of organizing an inspiring team-building day on January 30, 2023, for a group of 20 people at the beautiful Chateau de Lac in Genval.
The team day commenced with a welcome coffee upon arrival, followed by a workshop on connective communication. This coaching session focused on fostering collaborative teamwork and communication. Through practical and enjoyable challenges, participants gained insights into the quality of collaboration and connected communication within their company.
After a delightful lunch, the afternoon was filled with an engaging workshop where participants crafted ice sculptures under the expert guidance of an experienced ice artist.
The day concluded with a convivial closing drink.
