A tailor-made teambuilding event for the Management Committee of an international organization in the heart of Brussels.
With no less than 86 participants, we created an inspiring program that perfectly matched the client’s wishes: a combination of physical action and social impact.
To offer every participant an experience suited to their preferences, we allowed them to choose in advance between two formats:
Street Olympics: Outdoors, right in the middle of Brussels, 32 sporty participants competed against each other in dynamic and playful challenges. The focus was on fun, teamwork, and healthy competition in the open air, with an indoor alternative available in case of bad weather.
Beyond Limits and Differences + Solar Buddy: For the 50 participants who opted for a more reflective and connecting experience, we designed an inspiring indoor program. Here, diversity, social responsibility, and sustainability were central, with a creative mission: assembling solar-powered lamps for underprivileged children.
Thanks to clear communication beforehand, participants could indicate their preferences early on, allowing us to create well-balanced groups.
The sessions took place at the Renaissance Hotel in carefully organized spaces.
