For their two-day getaway, Patronale NV went for the perfect combo: a stunning location, meaningful fun, and two evenings to remember. With 80 colleagues, they headed to Domaine de Ronchinne.
After checking in, the good vibes kicked off right away in the castle bar. Around 10 PM, the atmosphere really took off with a DJ set—and a fun twist: our DJ booth was open for anyone brave enough to give it a try. So colleagues weren’t just dancing, they were spinning tracks too!
The next day, things got creative with Wind Farm, a unique teambuilding activity focused on sustainability and teamwork. About 70 participants received a mission: build a wind-powered device that could lift a weight one meter off the ground—while keeping the CO2 footprint as low as possible.
After building, the “sustainability challenge” began: an app-led mix of quiz questions and creative tasks that helped teams earn extra points and reduce their CO2 score. The winning team? The one that was clever, efficient, and inventive.
In the evening, the castle was transformed into a full-blown casino. Ten tables, pro croupiers, stacks of fake money, and classics like Black Jack, Roulette, and Poker created the perfect recipe for an exciting night.
The mood was electric: some colleagues went all in, others played it safe. Meanwhile, the music kept playing—and yes, the DJ booth was open again for those with musical ambitions. Everyone went to bed smiling, winners and losers alike.
