An energetic day full of teamwork, creativity, and fun for the Unilever NL teams.
On June 26, 2025, we organized an inspiring and diverse day for 106 participants from Unilever NL at the NH Hotel in Veldhoven. The event featured four parallel 90-minute workshops, split over two sessions with a short break, giving teams the opportunity to challenge themselves, be creative, and have fun.
The workshops were varied and offered something for everyone. In Team Dynamics, collaboration, creativity, tactical insight, and perseverance were put to the test, with each team member making a vital contribution. In the VR Game, participants stepped into a virtual world where teamwork, problem-solving, and communication were essential to complete the challenges. During the Mocktail Workshop, teams unleashed their creativity and taste skills: after a brief masterclass, they created their own signature mocktails using a wide selection of glasses, drinks, and fresh ingredients, presenting their creations to the group. The day concluded with a Djembé Workshop, where everyone made music together, explored the rhythms of the djembé, and created an unforgettable energy and vibe across the team.
The result was an energetic, interactive, and engaging day where fun, collaboration, and creativity went hand in hand. The combination of physical, mental, and creative challenges allowed each participant to discover their talents and work together for a memorable experience.
