Beach Event at Twins Club Bredene

An event that was postponed several times due to the pandemic, we were finally able to take place in September at the Belgian coast, the weather gods were favorable to us. The goal was mainly to introduce our current employees and newcomers to the company to each other and Ecco La Luna has the knack of turning our ideas into a wonderful, active day in a beautiful setting. We played the game "welcome to the Mole" at this event agency. All the games were very clearly explained and the guidance with it was as it should be. Everything was present to have a good quest. Online Codebreaker - successful event

We organized in a few days, with the participation of Ecco La Luna, an online activity for 40 colleagues and the feedback was very positive. The Online Codebreaker combines reflection, fun and some photo and video challenges and it is certainly this mix that pleased the greatest number.

Another great afternoon!

I don't know how many times it was that we asked Ecco La Luna to organize a team building activity for us but again it was a success! This time we wanted a creative activity and Ecco La Luna suggested sculpting from marl. Even though our request came very late, Ecco La Luna still provided a top location, a very good teacher and they took into account our wishes. Guided by Jens, we had a very fun afternoon, let our creativity run wild and as a team we created a nice piece of art that stands as a permanent memento in our office. As always, everything was professionally arranged by Ecco La Luna and communication was very smooth!

Had a fantastic team day! We did the goat rally with our colleagues. Everything was arranged superbly. It was great that we all came together during the fun assignments along the way, so we saw each other again on the road. Teambuilding - Crack the Code Had a great team-building experience and received a lot of positive feedback from our colleagues. They allowed us to explore the city of Deinze in a fun way, and the game was very accessible for everyone. In co-creation with Ecco La Luna we developed a number of group dynamic exercises around customer focus. These always started with a small piece of theory around the Mediamarkt KPIs, but the focus here was mainly on practicing customer oriented skills. By doing so, the employees were able to experience for themselves how the current customer focus was, reflect on this and define action steps to arrive at a renewed and better flow to approach customers and customer processes.

Step by step, we tried to uncover adjustments that could add value in dealing with customers.

Of course, we combined infotainment and entertainment, by integrating the whole day in an escape game called the Tower invade as the common thread!

In Coronatijden is het absoluut een challenge geworden om geconnecteerd te blijven met je collega's. Feestjes vallen weg, die gezellige drinks op vrijdagavond lukken niet meer, tenzij virtueel en teambuildings vallen in het water. Op zoek naar een leuk event met de collega's kwam ik via via bij Ecco La Luna terecht. Ex-collega's en kennissen uit het professionele leven raadden me ten sterkste Ecco La Luna aan voor een leuke virtuele teambuilding. En zo geschiedde...De opvolging was top en zeer professioneel. Van de teambuilding hebben alle collega's goed genoten, het was een succes! Dank Ecco La Luna om in deze tijden alsnog superleuke alternatieven aan te bieden om de bedrijven een tof moment te bezorgen! Ik heb er maar 2 woorden voor: absolute aanrader!

De zomer van 2020, alles ligt plat door Corona. Er zijn geen feesten, geen festivals, geen activiteiten. Toch slagen 2 jonge vloggers er in om de kijker van AVS Oost-Vlaamse TV te verrassen met leuke filmpjes. Zonder dat wij het wisten zaten we plots in Glasgow. Bitoy en Lara hadden elkaar uitgedaagd, in Eine en Glasgow.

Om ze te bedanken voor hun inzet deden wij een beroep op ECCO LA LUNA. Dankzij het virtuele spel “Around the World”, stuurden wij onze 2 vloggers en hun bubbel op wereldreis. We kregen de gekste foto’s en filmpjes te zien, het werd een fantastische namiddag.

Corona leek even roet in het eten te strooien voor het event naar onze leidinggevenden toe. We gingen op zoek naar een waardig, corona-proof concept en we kwamen uit bij Ecco La Luna. We hadden een heel leuke fun-ervaring met zijn allen. Iedereen was heel enthousiast, dank je wel voor de fijne professionele begeleiding!

Om welgekende reden kon onze fysieke nieuwjaarsreceptie dit jaar niet doorgaan. Jammer, want het is een moment waar al onze medewerkers toch elk jaar naar uitkijken. We gingen op zoek naar een volwaardig, coronaproof alternatief & kwamen uit op een virtuele escapegame bij Ecco La Luna. Wat een succes! We konden doorheen het hele proces rekenen op de expertise van Hans & co. Zoals bv. bij het personaliseren van het spel, het overlopen & testen van het scenario, tijdens het spel zelf, … Onze medewerkers waren achteraf heel enthousiast! We hebben een leuk virtuele teambuilding achter de rug: de wereldreis stak goed in elkaar.

Heel leuke ervaring! Aan het eind van het jaar wilden we het team samenbrengen rond een gemeenschappelijke activiteit. De virtuele game was een primeur voor iedereen en we vonden het geweldig. In het begin kostte het even om de app onder de knie te krijgen (5 / 10min), maar eenmaal begonnen ben je snel in het spel, in de competitie. We hebben veel gelachen en dat was het gehoopte doelpunt. Els & amp; Hans was super responsief bij het opzetten van dit evenement. Hans nam zelfs de tijd om een kleine demo te doen. Super vriendelijk team, ik raad het aan!
