Discover Collective Painting, our creative team building experience where colleagues get to know each other in a surprising new way. With a paintbrush in one hand and a drink in the other, you dive into a relaxed and inspiring painting session.
Our facilitators guide everyone step by step through the process. You start with a blank canvas and end with a colourful memory that will stay with you for a long time.
Choose from our 2 formulas:
Classic
Ideal for teams who want to let their creativity flow. Everyone works around the same theme, yet each person goes home with a completely unique artwork.
- 1 blank canvas per person
- Theme of your choice
- Step‑by‑step guidance or free workshop
Puzzle
The ultimate collaboration exercise where multiple canvases form one large artwork — perfect for a company logo, slogan or theme that unites your team.
- Pre‑drawn canvases forming one whole
- Ideal for logos and company themes
- Professional guidance and finishing on a panel
Each participant receives quality materials, personal support and the space to express their creativity. The result? A blend of fun, teamwork and pride, with a tangible artwork that reflects your team spirit.
Collective Painting is more than painting: it’s creating together, laughing together and building something lasting together.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need any painting experience?
None needed. Our facilitators guide everyone step by step through the process, so you start with a blank canvas and end with a colourful result. You paint with a brush in one hand and a drink in the other, in a relaxed setting.
What is the difference between the Classic and Puzzle formulas?
In Classic everyone works around the same theme but each person goes home with a completely unique canvas. In Puzzle, multiple pre-drawn canvases combine into one large artwork, which is ideal for a company logo, slogan or theme that unites the team.
What do we take away from the session?
Each participant receives quality materials, personal support and the space to be creative, and you leave with a tangible artwork that reflects your team spirit. It blends fun, teamwork and a lasting, colourful memory.
