Who is the saboteur?
A highly varied and super exciting format where no one can be trusted? Go find the saboteur…
Walk after sheep and they run away. Sometimes as the boss of your team you also have the feeling that you do not reach your employees, that they run away from the tasks you want them to perform. However, a correct approach can ensure that you get the sheep (or your employees) where you want them.
Discover which type of functional leadership (leadersheep?) suits your team best by sheep herding. Am I better a dominant shepherd? A connector? A watchman? A predator? And how do I deal with the black sheep in my team?
Frequently asked questions
What do we actually learn from herding sheep?
You discover which style of functional leadership suits your team best. Herding shows whether you lead as a dominant shepherd, a connector, a watchman or a predator, and how you handle the black sheep in your team.
Do we need experience with animals to take part?
None needed. The sheep and their shepherd serve as a living metaphor for how a team functions, and the right approach is what you explore during the session rather than something you bring beforehand.
Who is this experience best suited to?
It suits managers and team coaches who sometimes feel their people slip away from the tasks at hand. Through herding, you experience how a correct approach guides your team constructively to where you want them.
