Beyond Limits & Differences
Learn to deal with limitations and dissimilarities and go 'beyond limits and differences'.
Our goal?
In an era where diversity is a fact and inclusion a choice, we would like to emphasize the importance of active inclusion.
We present the participants a number of team assignments that allow them to experience first-hand what living with limitations or differences means. So here we go much further than just the physical and mental limitations of an individual, but also respond to possible cultural and linguistic differences. In doing so, we try to create a kind of awareness in each participant in order to finally bring about a change in their behavior and outlook with regard to these limitations. We want to bring the participants to understand that being 'different' can also mean added value.
During the assignments, the participants are completely dependent on each other. They will not succeed in their assignment without working together. The assignments provide the opportunity for experiential learning and each also contains a certain fun factor.
For companies that wish to focus on physical limitations, we can provide the integration of a number of real G-sports (wheelchair basketball, goal ball, boccia, showdown ...), guidance of a real G-athlete or a motivational speech by a ( ex-) G-top athlete.
A team building around diversity and inclusion is highly recommended because it:
- Increases awareness and understanding.
- Strengthens team dynamics and collaboration.
- Stimulates innovation and creativity.
- Promotes an inclusive work environment.
- Improves customer focus.
In summary, this team building contributes to a stronger, more inclusive and successful team in a diverse world.

Frequently asked questions
What is the goal of this team building?
It centres on active inclusion. Through team assignments you experience first-hand what living with limitations or differences means, including physical, mental, cultural and linguistic ones, so awareness grows and everyone comes to see that being different can be an added value.
How do the assignments work?
During the assignments participants are completely dependent on each other and cannot succeed without working together. Each task offers experiential learning and also carries a certain fun factor, so the message lands through experience rather than theory.
Can we focus specifically on physical limitations?
Yes. For companies wishing to focus on physical limitations, we can integrate real G-sports such as wheelchair basketball, goalball, boccia or showdown, add guidance from a real G-athlete, or a motivational speech by a (former) top G-athlete.
Can it be combined with coaching?
Yes. To deal even more consciously with the impact of differences between employees, you can add team coaching on this topic. Diversity and inclusion is one of our six coaching themes and focuses specifically on this issue.
