For the Radisson Group's Transformer Corporate Event, we organized a combination of interactive workshops.
Spread across two rooms in the hotel, we organized a combination of interactive workshops for the Radisson Group's Transformer Corporate Event. The program was structured around variety, team interaction, and a clear focus for each activity.
Workshop 1: VR The Bomb
In one room, VR The Bomb took place with 36 participants, divided into six teams of six people. One team member was in a virtual room with a ticking bomb, while the other team members had to help dismantle it by following instructions. Because they couldn't see the bomb, clear and efficient communication was essential. Each round lasted 60 minutes and offered enough variety to keep teams sharp and allow them to switch gears quickly.
Workshops 2 & 3: Traditional Games, Darts & Drones
In the main hall, we combined Traditional Games & Darts with a Drones workshop. A total of 36 participants took part, divided into 12 teams of 3 people, again in 60-minute sessions. This combination provided a good balance between relaxation, competition, and focus. The traditional games and darts offered an accessible way to play together, while the drones required precision, concentration, and cooperation.
We provided and set up the entire layout in the main hall during the lunch break, so that the program could smoothly connect to the rest of the event.
Result
The event offered participants a varied program focused on communication, collaboration, and fun. By combining different formats, energy levels remained high and there was a suitable challenge for every team. An efficient and successful event in a professional setting.
