Since 2003, Ecco La Luna has organised tailor-made team building across Belgium, Northern France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. We design and run our own formats, from the 2CV Rally in our yellow 2CVs to the Domino Experience and Crack the Code. For 2 to over 1000 people, in English, French or Dutch.

Team building for every group size
A team of five wants something different from a company of 500. Small groups do well with creative workshops or an escape challenge like Crack the Code. Large groups work towards one shared result, as in the Domino Experience: for Danone, around 300 employees built a domino run together in Málaga. Want to hit the road? The 2CV Rally is a classic.
Indoors, outdoors or at your venue
We come to your office, to a venue of your choice, or we find one together. Many activities work indoors and outdoors, and if bad weather is forecast we agree a plan B up to 3 days before. See the region pages too, such as team building in Ghent, Antwerp or Brussels.
How much does team building cost?
The price depends on the activity, group size, duration and venue. Every activity shows a budget band per person, excluding VAT, for a group of 50:

Facilitation and materials are included. Venue, catering and transport come on top. There is a minimum of €750 per event. You get the exact price in a free, no-obligation quote.

How many people can take part?
From 2 people to groups of more than 1000. We adapt every activity to the size of your group.
How long does team building take?
Most activities take 2 to 3 hours. One hour is possible too, as is half a day, a full day or a programme over several days.
How much does team building cost per person?
It depends on the activity and group size. Our budget bands range from €30–35 to more than €120 per person, excluding VAT, for a group of 50. There is a minimum of €750 per event.
Where does the team building take place?
At your office, at a venue of your choice or at a place we find for you. We work across Belgium, Northern France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally at least 2 weeks ahead. Book earlier for busy periods such as autumn and the end of the year. For last-minute requests we look at what is still possible.
Which languages do you work in?
English, French and Dutch, and on request German, Italian or Spanish.
